I've been experiencing same intense tension headaches, getting quite tight in my shoulders.
Today, I feel I need a complete relaxation & unwind, as I get tired in my legs too.
Occasionally I experience lower back pain & since childhood, I've had occasional bad pain in my knees which I have now linked with possible sciatic problems (Undiagnosed).

In the bath with full fat milk One tablespoon with 2-3 drops Essential Oils, or it can be mixed with Vodka. Yes there you are other ways you can use Aromatherapy Oils:- Inhalation, Massage, Burner and so on.
If A person suffers with Arthritis & has two other conditions as well:- I pick One Essential Oil from each card (Top, Middle, & a Base). ITEC Guidelines Tell us to use only Eight Drops in any one treatment...
This lady seemed very pleased with my information I shared with her. Than it was time for her treatment, to which she seemed to fully enjoy, able to relax. Thank you Maggie

After my Taster Session last week I felt very relaxed & slept well (For a change!)
Today am looking forward to Maggie untying some of the knots in my shoulders & freeing some of the tension in my lower back following slight injury.
During:- It didn't take long for me to actually go to sleep! Wonderful feeling of total relaxation. Felt slightly lightheaded afterwards but that soon wore off. Lovely!

Before:- Shoulders feeling a bit achy but otherwise feeling more positive.
After using your Oil mix my hand is healing & I don't feel embarrassed handing or receiving things.
My feet are improving since finding out that I'm allergic to the Chromate's used in Tanning Leather.
So overall feeling fitter and energetic than I've felt for a long time.
During:- Relaxed, chilled. Skin feels lovely & Moisturized.
After:- Thank you so much, Maggie And for the time you spent! xxxx

After Taster Session felt very relaxed, had no bad feelings and didn't feel ill at all. in fact felt quite tired & yawned most of the afternoon. Took away most of my stress & tension.
During:- Back today for full treatment body massage & head massage, can't wait as extremely tired as moving house & need to chill out. Back is hurting me at the moment from packing.
Find Maggie to be a very lovely person, very informative, makes you feel at ease, promotes a very relaxing & calm atmosphere, could be Anywhere But Broadstone!

Before:- I've cricked my neck (Looking at the stars & satellites) & my shoulders and neck ache. Skin on my hands and feet are improving with Maggie's blend of oils. I'm feeling more my old self because my Feet/Hands are beginning to heal.
During:- After discussion decided to go for a Foot Massage - nervous because it's the 1st time in 3 years that anyone has touched my Feet!
After:- Feet feel pampered, smooth, silky - NORMAL. Thank you Maggie for helping me gain confidence with my feet!
It's only a month since they've Started to improve - 3 years of agony, 1 month of bliss. I can stand & walk Even leave off shoes!

Before:- I've cricked my neck (Looking at the stars & satellites) & my shoulders and neck ache. Skin on my hands and feet are improving with Maggie's blend of oils. I'm feeling more my old self because my Feet/Hands are beginning to heal.
During:- After discussion decided to go for a Foot Massage - nervous because it's the 1st time in 3 years that anyone has touched my Feet!

After a great start with my feet healing, at the weekend there was a change - unfortunately not for the better. Hands & feet have both started to blister and Peel.
Hand seems under control but the feet are taking more effort. The trigger for my feet seems to have been leaving socks off at night.
